Product Overview
I. Product Overview:
Full Bore High Temperature High Pressure Steam Gate Valve is a positive-sealing valve that operates via the vertical movement of a gate. When fully open, the gate retracts completely from the flow path, providing a full-bore, straight-through passage without any throttling or obstruction. The valve stem can be of the rising type or the rising-rotating type; the design requires the application of pressure to ensure the sealing surfaces make firm contact. Actuation options include manual, pneumatic, hydraulic, and explosion-proof electric types. Structural configurations encompass straight-through, right-angle, and oblique-pattern designs, with sealing mechanisms categorized into wedge-type (single, double, or flexible gate) and parallel-gate (single or double gate) designs. Valve body materials include metals, metal-lined materials, and non-metallic materials.
The 6A high-pressure gate valve is a core component of petroleum well-control equipment. It is available in various configurations, such as non-rising stem, rising stem, and rising stem with an extension rod. The gate itself may be of the expanding, wedge, or standard slab-gate type. These valves are designed, manufactured, and inspected in strict accordance with API Spec 6A and GB/T 22513 standards. Pressure-retaining components are produced via integral forging, and materials are selected to comply with NACE MR0175 standards, ensuring resistance to sulfide stress cracking. The KY250/65 high-pressure wellhead clamp-connected gate valve features an open/closed position indicator, a mechanism for replacing stem packing under pressure, and a secondary grease-injection sealing system. With a nominal diameter of DN65 and a pressure rating of 25 MPa, it is specifically designed for oil-production wellhead assemblies, manufactured in compliance with ISO standards, and holds API certification. These valves are suitable for pipeline systems ranging from low-to-medium pressure to high pressure, serving sectors such as the chemical, petroleum, and mining industries, as well as municipal infrastructure.
II. Core Features
Full Bore High Temperature High Pressure Steam Gate Valves feature a simple structure, making them convenient to manufacture and maintain.
They have a short operating stroke, allowing for rapid opening and closing.
They offer excellent sealing performance, minimal friction between sealing surfaces, and a long service life.
In addition to the aforementioned advantages, electric high-pressure gate valves provide low fluid resistance, accommodate a wide range of pressures and temperatures, allow for bi-directional flow, and deliver superior sealing performance. The valve seat sealing surface is hard-faced with an iron-based chromium-nickel stainless steel, providing excellent wear and galling resistance. The valve stem surface undergoes a nitriding treatment, which enhances its resistance to both corrosion and galling. Furthermore, the electric actuator allows for both local and remote operation.
