NWV DN100 PN16 cast steel wafer type single disc swing check valve is a specialized backflow prevention solution engineered for industrial pipelines. Crafted with cast steel (QT450/WCB) and featuring a wafer-type structure, it relies on a single swing disc to ensure unidirectional flow of water, gas, oil, and mild corrosive media (acids, alkalis). Operating across -196℃~550℃ and PN16 pressure, it closes automatically when flow reverses, protecting pumps, valves, and system components from damage.
